Ambrosus formally became part of the Swiss Food Research by announcing it at the 1st Agro Food Innovation Forum that took place on 6 June at in Luzern, Switzerland, where Ambrosus Project Manager Dr Davide Merulla was a keynote speaker. Dr Peter Braun, the CEO of Swiss Food Research welcomed Ambrosus and noted that he is looking forward to working with Ambrosus. Ambrosus CEO Angel Versetti notes that “Working together with the Swiss Food Research further strengthens the political and business networks of Ambrosus in Switzerland and opens doors to public-private collaboration, which will be essential for validation and adoption of Ambrosus technologies in the food sector of Switzerland”.
