October has been a wild ride with Centrality being a key sponsor behind Blockworks, the largest blockchain conference in New Zealand to date. I was also given the opportunity to give a keynote speech and it was great to speak to a highly engaged audience — blockchain is truly taking off and the appetite for it is real.
As part of Blockworks, Centrality hosted our first hackathon. It was incredibly challenging selecting just one winner — so we awarded two teams each a coveted spot in our Centrality Accelerator powered by Lightning Lab. Read more about the exciting new programme below.
Lastly, Centrality exhibited at Singapore Fintech Festival running 12–16 November. We’re thrilled to be a Gold Sponsor and we’ll be there with Sylo, SingleSource, and GlobalChain Group.
Sylo accelerated towards their Token Generating Event, which kicked off in October! In the past few weeks the Sylo team have presented at events in Malaysia, Hong Kong and New Zealand, confirmed a deal for their protocol to be used by an external project to develop out a brand-new business communication solution, and announced a raft of key collaborations and partnerships which have been announced on their blog and Telegram announcements channel.
TGE has been the name of the game with SingleSource launching their Main Token Sale on October 18th. CEO Kelvin travelled across Asia to meet with investors in the lead up to the sale.
